During the LPAD TRAINERS training in Milan, I had the rewarding opportunity to supervise professionals from Australia and New Zealand as part of their certification process. Guiding them through this supervised stage allowed me to witness their growth and commitment firsthand. It was an enriching experience that reinforced the importance of knowledge exchange and collaboration in professional training.
