Alongside Dr. Lou Falik, I led LPAD (Learning Propensity Assessment Device) training in Fort Wayne, Indiana (USA). It was an incredible experience—diving deep into advanced cognitive assessment methodology and working with professionals eager to apply these tools in their fields.
