Held at Nossa Senhora da Abadia School, this continuous training program consisted of four modules (32- hour training), where we worked closely with educators to develop self-awareness regarding their own cognitive processes. Understanding one’s personal thought structure is essential as it directly impacts how teachers communicate knowledge, design activities, and conduct assessments. Many learning challenges in students arise simply from differences in how teachers and students process information. The program concluded with a seminar, fostering collaboration among educators and enriching teaching practices.
