Researcher / Educator / Specialist
of cognitive sciencesEmpowering people to understand their cognitive uniqueness and transform themselves by embracing the singularity of their cognitive processes, unlocking their full potential, and fostering a deeper connection with their authentic self.
I am Daniela Zamboni, a specialist in Cognitive Sciences and Human Potential. With solid international experience and a genuine commitment to the development of individual capabilities, I implement programs that map and expand human potential, using globally recognized methodologies and tools.
My purpose is to help people understand their own way of thinking and use that knowledge to reach their maximum potential—whether in educational, professional, or personal contexts.
Through a structured and personalized approach, I foster the development of self-awareness, promote sustained cognitive changes, and guide strategies for consistent progress, aligned with individual potential.
Based on this vision, I focus my work on areas that reflect my main fields of research, intervention, and human development:
EXPERIENCE
Academic Background
Postgraduate degree in Clinical and Institutional Psychopedagogy
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
As a researcher in Cognitive Sciences, I investigate how cognitive architecture influences learning, problem solving, and creativity. My work involves studies on neuroplasticity, cognitive structure, and interventions aimed at enhancing human development. In recent years, I have deepened my research on attention deficit and its cognitive origins, seeking to propose more effective approaches.
Throughout my research and practice, I have designed courses to share my expertise, focusing on how thinking structures influence learning. One of these, “Structure of Thinking and Learning”, has been taught in various groups across Brazil. Its goal is not only to explain this relationship but also to help educators understand their own thinking structures and how these influence their teaching approaches. Additionally, the course equips educators with strategies to manage content and create environments that support learning, tailored to individual thinking structures. These programs reflect my dedication to connecting theory with practice, empowering professionals to create impactful educational experiences.
As an LPAD Trainer, I have trained and supported professionals in the United States, Brazil, and Paraguay, providing them with dynamic assessment tools to foster impactful learning and development.
My initial education was in Business Administration, but from an early age I had a strong passion for education. This interest led me to pursue a postgraduate degree in Clinical and Institutional Psychopedagogy, which awakened in me a desire to understand the cognitive roots of the learning process in greater depth. This quest eventually led me to an in-depth study of cognitive structure, an area that would become the central focus of my professional practice.
Since then, my journey has been guided by a constant quest: to deeply understand cognitive functioning and transform this knowledge into actions that expand human potential. For over a decade, I have been working in Brazil and abroad, combining theory and practice in research, programs, and training that have impacted educators, professionals from various fields, and individuals at different stages of life.
My education and specializations have been shaped by academic and practical experiences in countries such as the Netherlands, Paraguay, Italy, the Czech Republic, and the United States, in addition to Brazil, which has given me a broad and multicultural perspective on learning, thinking, and human development.
Throughout this journey, I have sought certifications of international excellence. I became an Assessor and Trainer for LPAD – Learning Propensity Assessment Device, Assessor for Group LPAD Digital, and Mediator for the Cognitive Enrichment Program, all through the Feuerstein Institute (Israel). I am also a Certified Professional at Bright Star, a cognitive intervention program for children (Haywood-USA), and an Assessor and Consultant for Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI), through the Being Human Talent Development Center (USA).
At the same time, I had the opportunity to present my studies and participate as a speaker at international conferences held in Mexico, India, Singapore, and the United States, expanding the reach of my work and establishing connections with researchers and professionals from different cultures and areas of knowledge.
More than just titles, each training course has been incorporated into my practice to create personalized approaches and original programs, such as the Access Program and the Accelerate Program, applied at the Institute of Human Potential (IPH), which help people understand how they think, expand their capabilities, and transform the way they learn and interact with the world.
