I am Daniela Zamboni, a specialist in Cognitive Sciences and Human Potential. With a robust international background and a genuine commitment to developing individual capabilities, I implement programs that map and expand human potential using globally recognized methodologies and tools grounded in Neuroscience.
My primary goal is to help people understand how they think and to develop their maximum potential, whether in educational, professional, or personal contexts. Through my methodological approach, I strive to enhance self-awareness, promote lasting cognitive transformations, and unveil pathways for authentic and holistic development for each individual.

As a cognitive researcher, I explore how an individual’s thinking structure influences learning, problem-solving, and creativity. My work encompasses studies on neuroplasticity, cognitive frameworks, and targeted interventions designed to enhance human potential. In recent years, I have delved deeper into researching ADHD, focusing on its cognitive origins to better understand and address its complexities. This journey has been enriched by academic and practical experiences across Brazil, the Netherlands, Paraguay, Italy, the Czech Republic, and the United States, providing a well-rounded, global perspective.
Throughout my research and practice, I have designed courses to share my expertise, focusing on how thinking structures influence learning. One of these, “Structure of Thinking and Learning”, has been taught in various groups across Brazil. Its goal is not only to explain this relationship but also to help educators understand their own thinking structures and how these influence their teaching approaches. Additionally, the course equips educators with strategies to manage content and create environments that support learning, tailored to individual thinking structures. These programs reflect my dedication to connecting theory with practice, empowering professionals to create impactful educational experiences.
As an LPAD Trainer, I have trained and supported professionals in the United States, Brazil, and Paraguay, providing them with dynamic assessment tools to foster impactful learning and development.
